To answer the title of this thread.......no CHS will not blank Blackman. But this game has the potential to be a much better ballgame than most of us thought it would be at the beginning of the season.

After watching this weeks practice and film I feel good about where the Blaze are right now. The missing left tackle from the Oakland game is back, but one of the wide outs is gone for the season because of torn ACL (he is only a sophomore  so he will be back) They have some real depth and options there as well. There is a bit of a chip on the shoulder after last weeks loss and they are looking to make a statement. (Now if that happens who knows) They know they have a real challenge ahead of them and this game is not going to be taken lightly. Coaches have made it a point to let the team know that this Cookeville team plans to punch them in the mouth and test their character  The mood is very focused and ready to get to work. From what I have seen here on my end I am looking for Blackman to play one of their better games tonight.

Cookeville posters are quite on this one.  We faced them earlier and they do have a good team. Probably better than any in several years with several skill players.  But, they do rely on one RB a whole lot and that's not always a good thing, when you face a good defense.

I believe this will be a real good game and think Cookeville will play us a good game. Iam just hopeful for a Blackman. win
