2009 team had more offensive weapons than 2011 overall. The difference in 2009 and 2011 to me was the hogs up front. 2011 offensive and defensive lines were the best we've ever had I think. That's where you win it 95% of the time. I remember Union City 4 yards at a time over and over on the 2009 team and we just wore down. Did the very same thing the next week to win it all with a big offensive line and man of a running back. I would have liked to see the 2011 d-line have a crack at them. Also, the 11' team had been together for so long and won at every level and they just refused to lose. I don't think it really entered there minds that they might lose.

What's insane is that '09 Union City team only completed I think 17 passes in 14 games!! They was absolutely perfectly coached and ran that offense to perfection! I really believe the difference in 09 and 11 was having to face UC. I always thought that 09 team was on talent level the best we ever had. BUT 2011 was the best ever in 65+ seasons.

In 09 WC was throwing all over UC and then went away from it in the second half. Til this day I still beleive if WC had stuck to the pass more they would have won. UC had no answer for the passing game.

Stocstill was a fantastic player. I believe his father was the coach in Cornersville and I believe still is. For people who dont know Joe Stocstill is a walk on H back/TE @ Tennessee. Not your average walk on though. This is his 4th season on the team.

Stoctstil actually earned an athletic scholarship this year. Seems he's improved since '09.

I missed that where he got awarded a scholly finally 2 weeks ago. Good for him. He's alot bigger than he was back then thats for sure!

Yep gonna bring out the long sleeves tonight. Kinda reminds me of the last time these two teams played in Waynesboro, It was cold and pouring down rain. Hopefully it won't come a monsoon again tonight. Should be a great atmosphere with Wayne Co. having homecoming. I'll be down there probably around 6:45 or so so i can reserve a seat (being sarcastic).
