Yes, they have in the past but there have only been a small number of kids that wanted to play.

Emotions get the best of everyone sometimes in the heat of the moment. I agree there is no room for dirty play as it will usually come back to bite you but there is no call for bone headed players to yell out Yall suck 30 minutes after the game when you're standing there waiting on your kid. As a father of one of the seniors I know this may be my sons last game to suit up for the cats. I also know that anything can happen on any given night. One thing I know for sure is the Dogs will get our best effort come Friday, streak or no streak.

WC has found a grove in the last month. Hate that we dont have #70 manning the right side but the boys seem to be playing the way we expected at the start of the season. I admit I know nothing about Huntland other than their record, but I like our chances. Should be a good game.

Summertown is coming off a big 1st week win and you know they will be up for this game. Wildcats will learn from the mistakes this past Friday. Seems like on D we always have a slow start and we cant let that to continue. Come in and refocus Cats and ground the Eagles.

We should be getting two players back that have missed most of fall camp. They will contribute on both sides of the ball for the cats. I am biased on this but the line play has been good in the past few scrimmages and should be a strong point for us this year. 3 yards and a cloud of dust keeps coming to mind!

From the Wayne County view, Waverly looked good. We had a rough start against your D and the offense killed us with the bubble screens again this year. We looked a bit better by the end of the day but Y"all have some good team speed.

Cats top the Trojans again on Tuesday with a last second 3 to avoid overtime. Keep it going Cats!

We have lost some speed from this years class but should have a few young guys get bigger roles. QB should be healthy and ready to roll with all 5 starters back on the oline. Hopefully the injury bug moves on to another town.

566 was the number of yards our QB had in those 2 , as a team we were over 500 both games

Last weeks game still haunts me but this Huntingdon team is for real. I give credit to the Stangs, they put it on my Cats, injuries or not.

One thing for certain, the Cats' will be coached like they are playing the defending champs this week. I dont think our coaches will ever overlook a team.

Kicking game is going to fall back a step or two. So far, I havent seen any one certain player kicking in practice. May have a few options but nothing standing out yet.

Talked with Coach today. Scrimmage will start at 7 with starters playing 1st half like a true game. younger guys (JV)will play in 2nd half.

Heard last night it will be at 7p on Friday.

Still believe region 6 comes down to Wayne Co. and Huntingdon in 17' and think my Cats will surprise some doubters.

Not sure but its not much above their regular teacher pay.
