Wow, strong words shoobiedoowop.

Can't speak for Ambassador, but he's a good guy.

Not sure what you want me to polish. I'm assuming some of the trophies in the case.

Anyhoo, I believe I can call someone a homer. Yes, I am one.

I also am a realist and know that Gordonsville is not that good, a team Watertown only beat by two scores.

That doesn't say much for Watertown, neither does the Grundy game.

From what I've seen, Watertown has yet to play a complete 4 quarters against a decent team, kinda like the vols.

All I was saying that some of the Watertown fans need to pump the brakes a little with their predictions and evaluations.

Like I said, I'd love to see Watertown win. I just think Forrest has way too much for them.

It has been typical many years that Watertown starts out hot, and people think they're better than they are because they've beaten teams that weren't that good. And yes I'm including Gville in that equation this year.

Could it be a good game? Yes.

But unless something changes, I see Forrest controlling this game. To what level remains to be seen.

Every once in a while I think about liking you. But then I think twice.

Pretty good assumption. Lots of 5-0s in previous years going into the big three (old region 4 crew) then wind up not like we planned.

Would love to see this group change that.

There will be adversity Friday night... How we handle it will make the difference.

I'd like to see Watertown win, but I just don't think they can.

It will either be Forrest winning by a couple of score or a blowout. Forrest will be the best team that Watertown has played or will play. Period.

I know Watertown posters are confident, but you have to be careful being a homer.

Didn't watertown struggle with a horrible horrible Grundy co team? Marion county was up 41-0 after the first qtr. don't know much about these two but I assume Forrest rolls in this one.

Just being objective, I think Huntland and Westmoreland are tougher than any team that Watertown has beaten. And Forrest beat them by a combined 70-7.

How have I not been objective?

I've admitted that Gordonsville is not good, and looking at the result from when we played Watertown, I believe I gave a fairly objective opinion.

If anything, I'm biased towards Watertown.

I know some of the coaches and players very well, and hope they do well.

But, I've just not been impressed thus far.

They have the pieces, but it hasn't come to fruition yet.

I believe that's pretty objective, don't ya think?

at this point in time yes fairly objective...over the years you haven't been biased against Wtown...if anything a Wtown HATER...regardless of who you "know"

i Believe this group can muster some intestinal fortitude not because of any coach or scheme just because their skill is as good as previous years but, all told, their character is better...

and you win with good people
