East ridge 14 notre dame 6 i do believe..i predicted correctly that aslong as it didnt get into a shoot out east ridge would win..

Ok, that game was nuts. Both teams scored with unbelievable ease on their first possessions, so I am thinking the over/under on this game has gotta be like 80. Man was I wrong! Game got ugly. Had to have been a record for penalties. Congrats to East Ridge on a good win. Irish gotta clean some things up if they are gonna make a run into the playoffs.

yep...kinda thinkin same thing this mornin tennis guy....but glad Booger is here for you

 

 painful to watch.....both teams put the 14-9 score on the board in the first 15 minutes or so and then it was just a long slow nasty bog after that without another score...it appeared in the first quarter that the Irish were on their way to another big win and we fell back into what appears to be the 2015 ND brand of football....a very undisciplined penalty saturated team....must of been close to another 150 yard night in penalties....we could not make first downs or stop them on 3rd down and 15's for shooting ourselves in the foot with inexcusible penalties....a couple of those penalties were very bad game changing calls by the refs; but 90% of them were ours to own and not sure why the staff is not deciding to bust this severe problem right in the mouth....the basic fundamentals of football have been lost in transition from last season to this season somewhere...cause we are doin it week after week and allowing the same players to repeat most of them.....think thats 3 or 4 games with that 150ish yardage being our target....penalties happen in a game; but your paying for them on Monday in Boogers plan.....and it ant the guys that ant getting them

 

We werent a good team and East Ridge took advantage of it.......they earned the win and the majority of the credit has to go to the pioneer defensive line who pretty much manhandled the trenches and forced our hand to passing which we couldnt execute..maybe 1 outta 5 we could complete

 

It was a tough loss; but it was not the "Mows Down" that Hunt from the chattanoogan  posted in the headlines; the score was 14-9....how a mans brainhousing group gets "Mows Down" out of that, Booger not sure......especially an experienced reporter with an ink pin and pad...congrats to the East Ridge players and Coach Malone...they have done well

 

the season is not at a loss by no means and the Irish can still have a great season a run in the playoffs, but there needs to be some serious self checking of discipline and everyone involved needs to get on the same page..in other words, there needs to be an oil change

not as much as Booger UCM.....not taking anything away from ER; they are a decent ball team and deserving of the win......but ND is killing themselves with with huge game changing penalties and confusion.....even our talent cant override that

Great win for East Ridge!

It's nice to see an orange team from Tennessee doing well.

Good win for the Pioneers last night at Eberle Field. The Irish have been accumulating more penalty yards than yards from scrimmage. Sloppy play and players not playing assignment football. Special teams are struggling as well. How did East Ridge get so good in a year and Notre Dame get so bad? Nevertheless, the Irish are going to have to dig deep to finish out the season strong.

not sure at any point in a season; a team should not know who is on the special teams.....not sure at any point in a season; a player should not know if he is on a special team or teams.....not sure at any point in a season; a player takes himself out; cant remember or is not paying attention enough to make it to his special teams position cant be set on a bench and ran on Monday....there is a kid in a clean uniform on the sideline somewhere that would give anything to get out on that field and play on a special teams
