Fitz don't change offense coach, Meigs will never complete in this region.

Fitz isn't the problem. He has brought the program way up.

The problem is that it is the toughest 2A Region in the State. Tyner is undoubtedly a Top 10 2A team, but the best they can finish is 3rd in Region.

Someone from Boyd can help me but I figure boys starters are mostly seniors, but maybe they aren't. Marion returns their entire line and loses one on the online. Loses three on defense and four on offense, with two being replaceable.

Good prediction; looking for underclassmen to step up and compete for 2/3 spot.

The Lord and Savior could be the coach at Meigs Co. and some would gripe about how he is screwing up... same could be said for lots of places.  My advice to Tiger would be go to college, get a degree in education, and apply for a coaching job.  A man of your vast football knowledge would not doubt be able to lead the mediocre Meigs program to the promised land on a year to year basis.

Take notice:  This is only 1 Meigs fan complaining about coaching.  I think the majority of fans are happy with coaching or i would hope so!  Sounds like a disgruntled parent and their kid is not getting to play or playing the position they think they should.  JMO

It is for sure more than one fan or parents are very unhappy.Past head coach was as bad as coaching could get around here, but I guess only one fan was unhappy.Fitz needs help if hes going to turn this program around.

Once upon a time there was a coach who had lost so many games in a row, that they ran a special program on ESPN about the losing streak. Since that time he has taken his team to two Finals(and won 1) he has also been in the playoffs every year since 1994 except last year and he is known as the "DEAN" of Chattanooga Area Coaches: Wayne Turner.

I said all of that to say this: you have to let a man establish his program as he sees fit. Give him a chance; you never know; you could have a diamond in the rough!!

So is the problem Fitzgerald or his assistants? Has anyone said anything to the coaches? Not on Coach T but actually met with the coach and talked about it?
