HAHA you must not know how sports work PlaytheGame150. Things change and players get better. Since you like living in the past, do you remember Giles last year in the playoffs?

Got more of a sense on how football works compared to you friend. And I don't care about how Giles beat Marshall last season. Not a fan of either. But I know that Marshall will win by 2 TDs or more Friday night. Too many athletes and better coaches. Page is again proven overrated. 😉

So BooWho is a Giles fan- even more pathetic. As far as "the past", it was before THIS season. Not like it was 10 years ago. I'm sure we don't play Marshall because they are just a "stand up" program. Riite. As far as the comparisons, why compare running backs to each other? Compare running backs to run defense, etc. Page is a passing team, they will dink and dunk all night. QB is a good player tho, he can tuck and run. I just think Marshall has way more athletes. How many of them are actually eligible kids is another story for another thread.

I think you are right on everything but the coaching comment. From what I have seen the last 2 years Page coaches have done more with less then any other coach in the region. Osteen is a great coach but he does have superior athletes that he is working with. Not sure they can be seen as over rated when they were picked to finish next to last in the region. I think both teams are deserving of the attention that they are getting. I know of 4 other schools in the region that wishes they were in their shoes my team included.

Where did you get that I am a Giles fan? I support the Raiders and have been very open about our disappointing season. Now don't you have some chickens to chase or cows to herd? Go play spin the bottle with thetruth

"Got more of a sense on how football works" hahaha. You are a funny guy. You do know high schools graduate players from year to year right?  I'm excited to see this one. Page 28- Marshall 27.

      Yes in the regular season. But once Westview's young kids got the experience from the season, they only lost to Dyersburg by a field goal in the playoffs. Westview was young last year. They will be tough this year

      That is absolutely not the truth.  Few if any college coaches or school administrators want to be in the middle of legal proceedings if there is any way possible to avoid being caught in the middle.  With that being said I have two questions: 1.  Why would a coach remove any player from the team for using the F WORD?  Yes, I fully understand the player must be held accountable for her actions.  Maybe extra running and even a one game suspension but if every kid or coach that used improper language was kicked on the team or fired, they would have no players or coaches available to play the games. 2.  If there was truly another player or coach that witnessed this situation, and they agree with the player then by all means the coach should be held accountable for their actions.

      Assistant football staff still the same? Any replacement for Brian Beaubien? Who will be the DC? Will there be anything going on this spring with football? I go watch practice often.
