Perception is reality.  Instead of discussing the actual Trenton / Dresden game, this specific player, although very talented, is once again a distraction.  Bad decisions - no  matter how many he continues to habitually make, are learning opportunities - not only for him, but for his handlers as well.  Bad decisions have consequences as well, no only for him, but for his handlers as well.  Instead of talking about the up and coming game, he, as well as his handlers, are an embarrassment.

I'm not faulting your team, we lost the game to a good, opportunistic Trenton team.  Trenton is talented, and it took a talented team to beat us (UC)  The loss hurts.  As Coach Bowling says  " pain is weakness leaving the body"  Through the pain of defeat, we will be stronger.

So you're are saying coach Jacobs and his staff are an embrassment ?

Yep, in the way they handle this specific player.  Proof is in the pudding.  If the coach had done what he should have been done, Trenton might have less wins, but more integrity.  Wins are great, but life lessons are what is important.  Perception is reality.

Ok. Just wanted to understand if that's what you meant.
