I believe so. We are still waiting on one of the transfers to be cleared to play but I have no idea when that will happen.

Penalties more than turnovers and we had some dropped passes!

I think 3 in the first half. Add 9 or 10 penalties to that it makes for a sloppy game.

I agree penalties can stop a drive quicker than anything and turnovers can kill ya

I was at this game. Midway was inside CF's 20 yard line 4 times and only came away with 3 points. Twice inside the 3 yard line. Midway fumbled away the ball 3 times. and had one pic.
CF's defensive backs where not lock down, seems a good passing team would eat them up. Midway ran the ball surprisingly well picking up over 200 yards rushing. Midways pass defense was unexpectedly good. I thought Mckenney would pick them apart. If Midway could of finshed a couple of those inside the 20 drives they would of won.  Looks to me this is the year of GB and Harriman with everybody else fighting for 3 and 4

Midway first touchdown was clearly a busted assignment, he was open by fifthteen yards.

Midway played a good game. They have a good running game and should be tough for everyone else that plays them this year. CF's DB's fell on the first thrown, and then after that Midway did nothing in the pass but throw a pick 6. Which I'm sure is why they chose to stay with the run even being down 16. I take nothing away from them, they are a good team. Hard to predict anything this early on as these kids are so young, they grow as the year progresses.

I'm not taking anything away from Midway, I think they've got a good ball club. Like I said earlier, I think they will sneak in the playoffs. But, if they lose that quick little running back that could hurt them though.
