Macon County should dominate Westmoreland in football year in and year out due to the amount of players they can choose from up there. However, when paired up with schools of common enrollment they lose like 44-14. LOL

You have to consider the opponent. It's also a silly argument to insinuate that Westmoreland performed better last night because they lost a region game to a trash team when Macon lost to the region favorite. Surely you understand the absurdity.

This person gets it. You can't base Macon's competitiveness within their region on one game in which they were defeated by the region favorite. In my personal opinion, I think Macon will finish fourth, maybe third, in their region which makes them a competitive team within the region. I may be wrong at the end of the season and if so, I'll eat my words, but until they get further into region play, it's not fair to say they're not competitive within their region.

Also a team that made it to the state championship last year and if I'm not mistaken returned quite a few of their veterans.

Naw we lost ALOT.OL,QB,WRS etc. We're very young mostly sophomores and juniors. Alot of 1st year starters but y'all carry on lol.
