What do you think about Maryville coming to your house, Queen?

First of all, I've been reading these messages boards for quite sometime. After all of the ignorant bs that you write and comment on I find it only fair and quite entertaining to ask you what you think now that the game is over whether I'm a new fan or not? Obviously the better team comes out on top:)

As far as Maryville, you ask? Maryville is obviously a very good team. I do feel Bradley will have a few advantages going into that game. Personally I think if Bradley keeps grinding, staying focused and cuts out all unnecessary penalties they could pull out a win. I haven't seen a more tough, fast, and physical team like this in a very long time. This isn't just a team with a couple of "key players", the majority of offense AND defense are very talented, hardworking, confident and are willing to put in as much work needed to get the job done. Above all of that, Bradley has a lot of new coaches that have joined Floyds phenomenal coaching staff. This team is truly special.

I agree on coaches, defense and so on, but this team can not and won't beat Maryville by any means. Unfortunately this isn't wrestling where they may win just 1 or 2 matches so we don't have any advantages. Da Bears is a very good football team, but I don't even think we have been truly tested yet.

Not knocking the Bears, but we gotta be realistic here. We are not a west Tn team and we can not come close to beating Maryville. Mistakes and not scoring in the red zone hurts us. Even I like to talk smack and try to get under people's skin on here, but I do know a better team when I see one.

Maryville hasn't lost a regular season game in 5 years for a reason. No one has a shot in snapping that record this year. I'll go into that game thinking "we are going to win" but to know in reality, we lose by 3-4 TD. I just hope Copeland goes into this game being his last regular season game at home in a full beast mode and puts up numbers on Maryville.

One game at a time and I honestly do believe, our first real test of the year comes this Friday. Here on out will not be a push over. (Maybe William Blunt) that being said, good luck Bears and hope we can prove a lot of folks wrong!
