Both teams are equally balanced Jennings being the difference in the two teams..that being said its at smith so they get home field advantage..dekalb has played bigger schools and came out with the W except for the stone game..smiths one good win came against a 3-1 Macon team..Jennings has thrown a lot of int' this year I'm going owls with a pick 6 for the win..owls 28-tigers 27

The two wins DC has over SC in the Jennings era have been from spreading the field getting defense out of the box and him running not from throwing. SC has the two best pure athletes on either team but they don't touch the ball every play. I think it comes down to pressure on DC QB and turnovers. Game is a toss up but Go Owls!

This will be the forth time we have played against Jennings. I would say that will help us a lot but we are so young many of our players were in Jr. high during the years SC played DC with Jennings at QB. I think SC wins a close one.

You guys are right, this is a tossup game. Special teams and turnovers will likely determine the outcome. We have not played the run well this year At times, Poas returned a kick off last week, he has a big leg on kick off and punts not to mention he's already had a 42 yard field goal this year. Going to be a close game for sure.

    • You are so correct!  It’s really 99.9% of academia want to change to way that education is not only taught but the way it is viewed.  The pendulum has definitely swung as far to the left as possible and eventually will swing to the right much too far.  I have always  said that politics and one’s personal religious views need to stay out of education,  but for the last 40 years education has been running full throttle to what we have today.  If the social experiment that we are currently experiencing continues it is only a matter of time before the public school system in the USA completely collapses and all kids attend private schools or even worse don’t go to school.
    • He was a bruise but Aaron Dykes is HVA’s best RB ever.
    • I am talking about what they both did for their team. They both carried their team for four years while they were both there. I wasn’t really comparing them that would be unfair. Bishop is on a level of his own.
    • Dorian Eskridge had a great Junior year, highlighted by a great game to lead HVA to an upset win at OR that year. I think that was 2010. In 2011 OR won at HVA. OR had a real good QB that year l think. Dorian Eskridge had a great senior year also. He always played hard from the DCM videos l saw.
    • It seems we lost a ton to graduation. We shall see how it shapes up for 2024.
