mcon6983
Didnt know Southwind has Khaliff now, he'll help alot. He's a big body and has developed alot over the years I saw him over the summer running the floor extremely well and knocking down the 10-15 footer on the Addidas circuit which was something that he didn't do back in his central days. Having him at the 5 and being able to put Marshall and Boyd at the 3 and 4 respectively will help out ALOT. Lets not forget Edwards can coach. They also have the Jones kid who is about 6-7 so they are not far East as in terms of size where East gets them is depth they once again will be about 10 deep with quality players and agree with you about Edwards one of the top 5 in Memphis Edited October 13, 2016 by mcon6983
mrmemphis26
They should be pretty good,Houston is supposed to be pretty good too but on paper, I might go with Southwind. Houston from what I hear is supposed to add a player soon...a 6'4 6'5 kid...

Chinadog
With Bearden having a new coach I wasn't sure what they will look like or even what they have. Farragut has to replace 4 starters but they do return Nick Rodgers and some athletic guys off their bench. Chris Cool does a great job it's a shame Catholic isn't playing them year. Largest home and road crowd was against the Admirals. Bearden should be interesting to watch this year. They have a young team, mostly sophomores from last year. One senior, two juniors. They've got some talented shooters and some height. They went 12-2 over the summer camps. Even with a new coach, I think they'll surprise everyone. dmm88
I forgot to mention them. They will be very good, even without the guards
mrmemphis26
Houston has been good on paper a few years now Trust me, I don't think they are going to do anything relevant. Their coaching is suspect and has always been suspect. If they was gonna do something, it should have been in 2015 when they had a really good team
godawgs11
Nashville Christian was a dark horse last year that made the State Tournament in 1A and they have great coaches and players and could make it again this year

WillieTheWildcat
Do people think Oak Ridge will be a contender in AAA? With or without Tee, I believe the Wildcats can make it to the Boro.
