thegreatone36
^ W88, we play the best team in 5A football next week. 2015 state champs, and have won 25 straight games now. If Gallatin plays like they did Friday night, it will be a game to forget. They need Mason next week, they need the O-line to get off the bus next week, more crisp QB play, and a knuckle busting defense to arrive if they even WANT a chance. Keyword is want, cause I'm not sure if some of the guys there want it bad enough. Edited October 29, 2016 by thegreatone36
thegreatone36
Yeah this region was what everybody expected it to be this year. 5 great teams playing for 4 spots. I can't think of another region where the team sitting at home, could run the table in most other regions. And that just happens to be Hendersonville. Bad break for them. Indynation17
Ravennation2016 you are correct that Region 5 is probably not as competitive as Region 6 but we will be ready to see Cane Ridge in the 3rd round of the playoffs. It's a shame that the two best 5A teams will meet in the quarterfinals undefeated instead of the Finals! Just remember that Jordan Mason went out with an injury last Friday night against CR so don't get all crazy with that nonsense about Casey at Smyrna with us. You play who you play and injuries are part of the game.
Verb58
Ca Prep predicts 1. Indy 40 4. Gallatin 26 2. Hillsboro 34 3. SC 13 1. CR 38 4. Summit 14 2. Shelbyville 26 3. Beech 42 That's a projected 3-1 region 6-5A. I'm really hoping for a 4-0. Edited October 30, 2016 by wave88
thegreatone36
Indy has been running through everybody, and I haven't seen a sense of urgency from the Gallatin players or coaches in these last couple games.

Indynation17
Indy has been dealing with a lot of injuries all year to their starters. The young guys really stepped up when they needed to even if they really weren't ready. A big testament to the coaching staff here. Game 6 was the first time all year the team was completely healthy and all the starters were back. NotreDameAlum you got it right as the team is getting better each week, especially on offense. Indynation17
MrFootball71 it sounds like a nice pipe dream but Hillsboro isn't making it out of Eagle Stadium with a win. It's going to be Indy vs CR in round three and you can take that to the bank.

MrFootball71
Very talented athlete. Not a team guy, wasn't at Beech, definitely not now. Agree with his decision to move to TE/WR. Not an NFL RB, Don't want him on my team as I need guys I can count on.
