thegreatone36
Two things that stand out to me. Cordova being in the top 5, and anybody being ahead of Maryville at this point until proven otherwise.

Yeah but I'm sure the computer algorithms don't factor in past success to determine these rankings. Even though having a level of bias and understanding of past relationships is what helps us as humans to make informed decisions, I really like having a fresh "unbiased" perspective on how each team has played up to this point. And the fact that Maryville is such a close second even with Oakland waxing every team that they've played this year shows that they are still a VERY good team. This is the best bias-less stab at it that I've seen.
AllRegion
I think these are pretty close to the truth. It's really interesting that Bradley Central is so close to Maryville. Next week's game between those two teams at Bradley will be one to watch.
LazIndexTN
It's funny because for a little while this season Bradley was coming through as the top team in the state. It was really early in the year, but they have just kept winning.

Case in point in Region 4, Whitehaven is at Cordova on Oct. 28th.

It doesn't get much bigger than that

Cordova901
I guess I'm still figuring this out. Yes week 10 match up should be huge as long as whitehaven and Cordova take care of business week 9. Houston is 4-1 in the region and can't be overlooked. I do like the bye week late in the season to allow our teams to get rest and get healthy before the playoff run.

I do like the bye week late in the season to allow our teams to get rest and get healthy before the playoff run.I'm impressed with Houston's resolve, they have been squeaking out some wins, but Cordova and White Station should handle them these next two games. The interesting part is who will Houston play in the 1st round? If Mt. Juliet can find a way to get past Franklin in another week then there would potentially be a three way tie with those two and Ravenwood! Although John Overton and Wilson Central could definitely take Ravenwood down. Edited October 13, 2016 by LazIndexTN

Either way the Bradley vs Maryville game is shaping up to be big time.
