Playoff would be tough. The worst part would be the overall schedule. They would play teams double and triple times their size every week.

That depth would crush them in the 2nd half. Same stuff we dealt with last 2 years playing the bigger schools. 1st half was good, 2nd half it catches up to you. They are where they've been for many years and will likely have a bunch of success in the near future.

Agree , the schedule would wear on um as the year went by. I think they made the right choice.

Its about 10 degrees colder and the wind never stops. Cloudland can be plenty cold. Watched SP at Trousdale a few years back and though I was gonna freeze to death.

I've been to Roan Mtn. in early Oct, years ago when my son was in peewee ball, and it was so cold that I had to wear a coat. I never got warm during that game and all the locals were still wearing their summer wear. So if Pujo says cold he means really cold! Lol

I believe it was about 7' that night. Terrible! Our young'uns woulda froze out if it hadn't been for those guys from Gordonsville bringing a heater.
