I disagree about the first quarter. Forrest tends to start slow and wear teams down. See the Watertown, Page and even J Co (in defeat) games.

 

Forrest subs a lot and will wear you down with depth. So to reach a foregone conclusion after 1 quarter, given Forrest's style, would be a mistake. 

 

They were down 21-7 against Watertown in the 2nd, a firepower offense type opponent, and we know how that one ended.

 

If (and I mean if) the Rams jump out to a 14 point lead and keep the momentum, it will be tough for Forrest facing the RamTrain "D". Don't be fooled by the 4-6 record.

You might want to first go with the fried green tomato hamburger and top it off with a black walnut waffle cone(that they make fresh there).  You might even want to get some pecan pie or blackberry cobbler to go.

I don't anticipate a blowout either..if both teams play as expected it will be a good close game.

Why are you so concerned about scoring?? The only example I can use is this: when we played H20 last year, they averaged about 30-35 ppg. They only scored 7 against Tyner.

 

The low scores at the beginning of the season was an inexperienced team trying find its way. The mistakes made on offense and defense were self-inflicted. They did better the second half.

 

Some things are un-explanable, Amerigha. We will see if Tyner can score on Friday!!

I've got good news and bad news. The good news is Forrest isn't as good as the Boyd team you upset last season. The bad news is neither is Tyner and Sprawls graduated. LMBO

I can conclude that Forrest is not as good as they were last year.(lol)
