Booger
Just found out that it's not going to be a district. Chattanooga Christian just successfully appealed the TSSAA to drop down to D2-A for the next two years (would have been in a district with Baylor, McCallie, and GPS), so we now have a giant region that will take up 1/2 of our regular season games on the girls' side with the addition of St. Cecilia and Lipscomb to our original region. they had a big under the table lobbying for that one....they are over the 450 and growing and they kiss their way into a lower division.......tells u everything u want to know bout the personell runnin TSSAA Booger just sayin

That number would make the divisions somewhat equal. The way 450 came to be the number is comical. There are some schools that worked hard to secure 450 as the number. Playerscoach
the right number is up for debate....seems like everyone has a the perfect nuimber anything under 420 was jibberish Booger just sayin 400 was the number given to me by two head masters. Seems that was what many thought it should be? Of course both are fluent in gibberish so that makes sense. "Just sayin". I looked at the TSSAA minutes a week after this appeal/decision was granted and there was nothing said about this. I also just found out that the local TSSAA representative for the Chattanooga area is the CCS athletic director. This is an absolute joke of the TSSAA. CCS is definitely over the 450 enrollment and never in the history of the TSSAA has a team played down. Not only is it unfair to D2 class A.....now it has left that D2 class AA district with only 3 teams. All the D2 East Region district 2 class A teams should protest ASAP. Also, it is not mandatory to play every team in your district so to all the district 2 teams that CCS cowardly dropped back into.......YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PLAY CCS, I would make a statement. District 1 (Grace, CAK, Webb, TKA, FBA, Concord) will back you guys and help make a stand. Talk to your headmasters and get them to make some noise at the TSSAA. Hey CCS athletic director and headmaster of a Christian school.......put your big boy pants on and do the right thing and play where you belong. Oh.....but we're scared of Baylor and McCallie. Yeah, that's the real truth and we don't want to hear anything about travel. If travel was an issue why didn't you stay D1 like Knox Catholic and Berean? ENUF SAID!!!
