No doubt, that Sensabaugh fiasco really messed them over.    I thought DC had the best team in R1 but this was just too much for HS kids to handle.      So yeah, if DC gets a good coach they may win an R1 playoff game but they won't go any further.     Nobody else in R1 will be within 2/3 TD's of whoever they play in the 1st round.     Football is an afterthought, not a priority.

I remember when Morristown West And Sevier County was in this region and they used to win consistently but West moved up to 6A and Sevier County went to R2 as Volunteer and Cherokee came to R1

Henry County is losing a few playmakers but the defense should be stout and I think they’ll be very good overall.

we only lose our 2 starting OLBs and a safety. everyone else comes back and lose some of the o line. our QB that was injured against fulton will be healthy so i would say contention is in reach.
