Especially in the wing-t or the triple option were the fullback runs the dive play every single play.  They will lull you to sleep running the edges then when the middle linebacker starts leaning to the edges for help, then they kill you up the middle.  Of course we are pretty faithful to the 4-3 set, I wish we would load the box more against these run heavy teams.

On the wing-t I always liked running a 5-3

Coalfield will take this one . I think Harriman is still down. Not many athletes

Have you watched any Harriman film yet? I'm not sayin we will win by 3 touchdowns, but I am sayin that whole not many athletes synopsis is wrong.. We have just as many, if not more athletes than any other Single A school in East Tennessee that didn't win a gold ball last year.. However this game will be won or lost in the trenches

Coalfield had some good athletes last year, they just were not in shape Lol.

It's hard to be in good enough shape to try and slow #6 down last year.. that's why it didn't happen.. let's be real here though.. 40 times & verticals mean nothing when you've got nowhere to go..  guess we will just have to line up and see how "down" Harriman is Friday night

That’s true about #6 lol he’s a load. I haven’t seen you all this year I don’t know if you’re down or not but time will tell. Good luck to you all the rest of the year. Except one game lol.

    • Great to meet you too.  We're going to work hard to get back.
    • I extend my gratitude to ManCoverage for initiating this discussion thread tailored to the residents of Trousdale County. In times of adversity within our football team, it is imperative to have an outlet for expression, and what better platform than CoachT's Craigslist forum? I respectfully request that GOAT exercise discretion in his commentary, as his remarks have caused me personal distress.
    • I am inclined to wager a substantial portion of my financial assets on the likelihood that Waggoner shall transition to an alternative coaching vocation prior to the year 2028. It is my contention that discerning individuals are beginning to perceive his coaching prowess as lacking in the requisite excellence. Allow me to articulate the following assertion: Waggoner represents a markedly superior choice compared to the individual who perpetrated the act of fuel theft.   This individual exhibits a conspicuous propensity for frequent professional transitions, a trait which undermines his credibility and renders him an untenable choice for serious consideration. It is indeed confounding that his candidacy continues to garner attention and support.
    • Yeah same   It’s definitely true that tough times make tough kids, but some kids just have a big passion for the game and will become the best of the best no matter where they come from.
    • Hope you enjoy it King and good to meet you at state this year. Good luck to the Lady Landers. Keep battling.
