After just 2 years Logan Dalton has left Powell to become an assistant at Campbellsville University in Kentucky.  

Powell went 14-0 in winning the Region 3-5A regular season, and also swept through the district tourney to win it. They return a good number of talented players, and the pipeline is very much full.  

Dalton also did a good job of continuing the upgrade to the playing field that Jay Scarbro had started.  

That's going to be a great job for somebody.  I have a feeling that at this late date it will be filled by somebody already close to the program, but you never know when it comes to Knox County coaching hires.
