Lipscomb basketball

i know lipscomb has only played one game but i was just wondering what some of the people who saw the game thought of the team.

they played a very good game while remembering that they did it with only 6 to 7 guys. i was impressed to see them beat up on harpeth the way they did. i think the second quarter is where lipscomb put them away by outscoring them 46-17. that is pretty impresive. dansby was not a factor at all in the game as far as i saw and since he is harpeth's best player, they were counting on him to have a seemingly productive night. good start fellas.

i think abraham meant the 2nd half not quarter b/c harpeth made a little run in the 2nd quarter. Lipscomb though put it on them in the second half with 7 varsity players still in football, one missing the 3rd quarter, and another miss most of the fourth to go get stiches. Dansby didnt have a great night but he is all harpeth has. Lil Goodwin had about 9. Harpeth had no answer for Lipscomb's inside game and couldnt keep them off the offensive boards.

Lipscomb is looking good early especially with a shortage of players.This is the best chance for a STATE TOURNEY appearance in a while.Go get the cougars Saturday.
