Betsy vs Greeneville

The rivalry games to worry you a little bit but this year I believe DB beats SH by a couple of scores but that’s why you play the game.

EHS and DB are both in similar situations this season. Teams that we thought might be good vs DB(Farrugut/Oak Ridge) turned out to be not so good. DB this season will really only have 1 possibly 2 tough tests(Alcoa and possibly science hill) while EHS has Greeneville and we though South might be tough but im having second thoughts. 

In our case I think playing tough teams helps us. Getting blasted by Greeneville while keeping it close made the path to the title much easier as there wasnt an opponent tougher than Greeneville that we could have run in to. After playing a tough Greeneville Springfield was a cakewalk

How is Science hill gonna be tougher than Farragut when Farragut beat the Hill by multiple scores? I agree that 4A is more dominate on the East side of the state. Cant say that about 6A lol

EHSTrack if you remember Shawn said he knew to beat Greeneville you better get on the weight room and work your tails off and that’s what Betsy has done for the last two years.It takes a lot of sweat and tears to be a champ.

They have more work ethic than most for sure. It seems everytime i give the Oppenent a sliver of hope to beat betsy, Yall come out and drop a 50 piece and make me look ignorant as heck. Respect to the Clones for sure

fyi I have not seen Oak Ridge play this year, but the teams they have beaten are a combined 4-22, so I would not exactly classify the Wildcats as a powerhouse by any stretch of the imagination.......

I wouldnt say powerhouse. But i wouldnt say mediocre either. Especially coming from a program that plays union co and east and calls our schedule weak...

Sorry but we aren’t the ones in a thread about Betsy and Greeneville talking about DB either.  Take that mess on over to a different thread.  Tired of talking about DB.  Congrats on having a decent team but the big boys are fixing to play this week.

WHOA!!   It's on!!!      You guys should think about getting DB on the schedule one of these seasons.

The big boys???? LOL. Also the first mention of DB was from Track not me
