Chris Burr page has Fulton class of 2004 on it so I'm assuming he's from Knoxville. I'm curious did Skyy Clark even enroll at Brentwood Academy?  IF he did and then transferred to Ensworth, how is he eligible?

you're correct and I guess I looked over that lol so my apologies.

I don't know if he ever enrolled over there but if he never played the he has no history/record of playing in the state of TN therefore he is eligible wherever he would've decided to go.

Big, strong, and really skilled and smooth with a nice shooting touch. He'll dominate in HS on these thigns alone. 

He's athletic but no super athletic and that might hold him back at the next level.

He didn’t play that’s how he’s eligible.
