2 mins left in 3rd. Lions get ball on 20. Having a strong kicker is a super weapon in HS. Chargers have history of great punters/kickers. This year included!! .. .. Lions still  moving ball. But no breakaway plays with fast scoring. 41-13 after 3 quarters.

Ground & pound, ball control in a cloud of dust with just enough to move the chains, that’s great when you’re ahead, but big play fast scores is what we need. … Our QB, Tatum Oliver, down with injury (cramps?). New QB for Lions. .. Moving chains. Oliver back. Good run Lions! Ran through a tackle, we in their red zone, ... Lions stalled, we have 4th & 9.. 6 mins left. Great D Chargers, 1 on 1 tackle, turnover on downs. Can they eat up 85 yards or can we stop them?

Another looong run, we finally stop him on our 20, … 5 mins left, another player down with cramps.., Chargers moving at will. Dresden has lots of room to improve, which I know we will. OH NO! A Westview player is down. Seemed a routine play. Stretcher is out! Player is surrounded by medical staff.. Ain’t good when this happens. Stands are totally silent. Everyone praying! Hopefully this is just precautionary! Jayden Johns is player down…  Game may be called. Last time I saw this was 9, 10 years ago in Stewart County. Toward end of game their guy had broken ankle. PRAYERS for him & family & team!
