Dresden (5-2) @ McEwen (6-1)

Another important region 6 game! Seeding slots are at stake, & Dresden will have their hands full playing at the Warriors home field. McEwen has only one loss, and Lions have two (incl’d last Friday’s close loss at McKenzie’s hands). Both teams will meet for the first time I think.. Dresden will have a tough task to take down the Warriors, and our showing at McKenzie, even though we lost, it sent out the smoke signals to these Warriors (& everyone else too) that the Lions are not to be taken lightly. Of course the record & tradition at McEwen speaks volumes that they are always a tough foe. Will this be a lopsided win for one of the teams, or a back & forth nail-biter that goes to the wire? Time will tell.. of course I’ll say Lions win. But Warrior nation has their own plans too. Whadda others think?

Have no idea about McEwen.  But I can say this, they will have their hands full with the Dresden Lions.  We will be keeping watch on this game next Friday night. May have to shoot you my cell number to keep me updated.  We at Gleason.

Mcewen has a good line and several good runningbacks. They don’t throw much and eat a lot of clock. Unforced Turnovers is their biggest weakness right now.

I would have said a close game until McEwen lost to Harpeth.  That is a BAD loss no other way to say it.  Dresden in a blowout.

No excuse for the Harpeth game. Mcewen put the ball on the ground half a dozen times and had several long TD runs called back.

Well with you seeing both teams I’d say you probably got the best educated opinion out of all of us.
