According to unapproved website, Lewis County enters the top-10 one spot behind Riverside. https://www.unapproved website.com/rankings/football/1/division/tn/GhrSrTyzeEKdJ1hs5hfEGQ/class-2a.htm

Their only blemish is against power house Fayetteville! So far, Lewis County is sporting a 6-1 record for the season and a perfect region record.

Thoughts?

 

Page rolls in at number four for 5A.

Yes. Page is a 5a top ten fraud. They're not terrible by any means but they'd be about a #5 or #6 3a team.  Except they have 500 too many students.  They MIGHT would make the playoffs in 4a

Thoughts??  Well since you asked. My thoughts are Page is horrible and no way they are even close to being a top 10 team in 5a. They are a joke like you. :)

Food for thought…

Columbia wins 35-14 over Mount Pleasant…..

Last week, Page defeats Columbia 42-35 in a down to the wire game…..

Also last week, Richland defeats Mount Pleasant 42-0…….

PizzaBoy always downs Richland as a weak team LC schedules. The real questions are….

How bad would Richland beat Page? 

Are Regions 5-2A, 6-2A better than Region 6-5A???

Will Page be out by 2nd Round and off to basketball? 

Good thing Page isn’t in 2A in either district. Back to being a 2A whipping boy for Page

Page is the benefactor of a joke schedule and Covid. Giles would have blown you out. Just like they will CC this week.

      Winfree's senior year was the season she needed to secure more college interest. That opportunity was taken away from her. A lot of false assumptions can be made about what happened and what the options are. Unfortunately, the former coach and administration did not allow Winfree to have due process. A lawsuit was filed for a reason, and it will run its course by people who conduct discovery and take depositions. Unless the parties settle out of court, a lot of the pertinent issues will come to the public surface.       Per usual, we'll be hard to beat in the regular season, I'm sure. It's the post season that I'm more worried about, specifically the coaches. Maybe they'll be able to make some adjustments that will keep the momentum in our favor. How's Grays recovery coming along?

      Something don’t add up here a college coach is not going to turn away a good player they need just because they didn’t get along with their high school coach

      RR, you might remember. Didn’t someone hide the kicking shoe that game? It seems I remember we had missed a kick the week before, and we needed all the points we could get. We thought we had a better chance going for two, so $?&@$ hid the shoe after the first miss that game. No one on our sideline looked for it very hard.
