Interesting having Nadeau getting 3rd at 113.  Both of Cleveland’s 113 guys beat him this year and Bosken beat him pretty easily last weekend (6-0). Bryson wins it easily and I do like Ford getting 2nd (though I give Bosken a chance against Ford). I think Gobel, Bosken or Houston get 3rd.  Based on the brackets Nadeau may get Bosken (or Ford) early in Consols and I don’t see him beating either.

And I don’t see Hicks having a chance against Walker … but that’s why they lace them up.

Bottom half of 126 and 132 brackets are tough.

do you have fowler or leach losing round 1? or dindl beating fowler round 2? other wise it’s not gonna be possible for them to wrestle for third. they would meet in the conso semis.

I fixed it.

126-
1.Easton Lipsey (Bradley Central)
2.Justin Bradford (Blackman)
3.Logan Fowler (Cleveland)
4.Steven Dindl (Bartlett)
5.Brayden Leach (Summit
6.Blake Palmer (Beech)

I had Fowler over Dindl in r2. Dindl goes up top in the cons bracket. I had him over Connor Warnock in the blood rounds, then over Blake Palmer in the cons semis. I had Fowler losing in semis to Bradford. Leach beating Winters in the Blood rounds and Fowler over Leach in the cons semis.

Chew 5th and Cambell 6th?   We need a poll at the end to see who predicted well and who busted.  lol   j/K bud, :)

Can't wait to see how the Brentwood and Ravenwood kids end up. Both seemed overlooked in the rankings all year. Ravenwood has come out of nowhere in the past couple years, but Brentwood has always seemed to do well at state. Wouldnt be surprised to see the kids from those schools do much better than people expect, especially at 113.

Fernandez just beat Justice and imo Justice > Chew. that one was one of my bolder picks for sure though. Definitely one i’ll be sweating out lol.
At 170 that 6th spot came down to Campbell or Zander Ward. I just like Campbell’s body of work more.

IMO Campbell has a good shot at finals on that side of bracket.  He kinda fell off radar after making state as Freshman.

Didn’t you say close to same thing about Laxton last year?

Laxton tore his ACL before state last year and still wrestled to finish 3rd. If that doesn’t happen, things could have been different. But u can’t compare this scenario to last years 152 because the field was much closer.  This year at 106 Walker is easily the clear favorite. But we shall see in a few more days. And I think u may have me confused with someone else. I never said Laxton was a clear favorite at 152.

It is my contention that discerning individuals are beginning to perceive his coaching prowess as lacking in the requisite excellence. Allow me to articulate the following assertion: Waggoner represents a markedly superior choice compared to the individual who perpetrated the act of fuel theft.   This individual exhibits a conspicuous propensity for frequent professional transitions, a trait which undermines his credibility and renders him an untenable choice for serious consideration. It is indeed confounding that his candidacy continues to garner attention and support.
