IMO, PW is the best coach in DII not named Dilfer or Martin. He's been legit everywhere he has been regardless of size, empty cupboard/no talent, etc. he's proven to be able to build.

He certainly knows how the D2 "game" is played. Quinn has figured it out also. Athletes win 95% of the time.

For whatever reason the last few coaches that FR has hired were successful in the Tennessee public schools but really struggle when playing the D2AAA teams.  My advice would be to look outside the Tennessee public schools when making a hire for a D2AAA school.
