Westmoreland Host Portland For Season Opener

Haven't heard much out of the opponents on the other end of the highway! Last year, the Eagles were a dropped return away from winning, this year I think we pull it out by 2 TDs!

If Portland wins by a lot Westmoreland is in for a long year. I don’t see that happening.

If they don’t, Gallatin is in for an even longer season. Lol

I’m not saying I think Westmoreland is bad, I just think Portland is in a position to have a good year and there is a drastic difference between a good year in 5A and a good year in 2A.

Sure hope you are wrong. 25 and 3 are pretty quick and run hard but I believe our LBs got the medicine for them... My concern is our line play... Portland looked big upfront and was very physical in the Gallatin game.

westmorland is a gritty team and didnt lose a lot last year there predicted to finish 2 in 2a region 4 but portland can play there a bigger school with better athletes it will be a good game but portland pulls away second half
