Yes! It will take the best game they got to take down Wayne Co. I believe if they cut out the fouls early, they have a good chance.

I haven't saw Wayne County play. Just they have a pretty tough record. What's their strengths?

They have a 6 ft miss basketball finalist who can touch the rim.  We played them last year and they have pretty much the same bunch.  They really hurt us with their outside shooting and we kept missing so we got too far behind.  It will be tough for Hampton but if they can make it a 4 quarter game,  it will win some respect for district 1

Hate to see the NG season come to an end. Van Buren is a solid team.  I don't understand why they struggled so much early in the season.  They were blown out by Pickett and lost to Jackson County so I thought NG might take them but not meant to be.

14-2 foul count in the 2nd half and Hampton pressed the entire game....... wow, just wow

Pickett is soooooooooo young.... fought back and took the lead late but fouls kept them out of it

Carp will never come out of the press.  He had the same style with Cloudland boys back in the day.
