Best Rivalry Games in 3A/4A??

Unlike previous years Elizabethton hasn't been nearly as good as they have since Witten took over. If DB thinks they can just roll out of the locker room like previous meetings they should have a big surprise waiting for them.

When it's competitive, Giles County/Lawrence County's "Cowbell Game" is an iconic one.

Rivalry finally back on this year. Haven't played since 2018.

Neither of these two are in 3a or 4a, but I think it’s worth mentioning. It’s a rivalry that’s been going on for years. South Greene and West Greene!  It’s called the battle of the MILK CAN. SG has had the better side of it for the past decade, accept for last season. These two teams cannot stand each other. With the realignment West Greene moved down from 3a to 2a. They’re in the same region now R1/2A and with it already being an in county rivalry, the emphasis now on this game in my opinion is greater.

Good summation. It’s a rivalry. Attitudes, sometimes respectful, sometimes not. Community pride. The buffs have won a few when being the underdog, which they usually are.
