Two great teams and programs and I am very proud of this team and we start the new season next week.Win or lose I love these kids and this program.

You have lost your mind if you really believe that.... So your telling me that quillen isn't the best player on the field? And last year atleast when Brady would get pressured he could run it and didn't panic

Only time will tell my friend go ahead and put a conference banner up for 2023 for Betsy quillen can hang it up for us if he would like…. Does he want to do it before or after ?

Guys don’t kid yourself in to thinking this want be a good game because the Devils have a good team and they will be ready to play come Friday night.Don’t forget what about happened in 2020 when everyone said we would win big and the Devils about pulled the upset.Then in 2021 when we upset the Devils when no one thought we could win that game.

Tell me you haven’t been around the program like I have.  When McCurry was the head coach and Ballard was our OC he let Ballard choose who started on O and Baugh was our QB coach and had a say in it. (Did McCurry have a say yes but he trusted Ballard to make the right personal pick and quite frankly Ballard made the wrong decision in not keeping Hall in the game against SS in the quarterfinals my senior year instead of Greenway because he was the better runner and just keyed on Barner who ate them up when we beat them at home) Maybe the problem is we haven’t had a head coach that has been on offensive coach since Ballard stepped away to watch Cade.  
 

Being sick isn’t an excuse it’s a fact!  It’s the same reason Dickson didn’t play for a stretch in the DB because he was also sick. What does Ballard calling plays have to do with a player being sick?  Do I think our QB1 right now is our best option, yes I do.  QB2 has had less action has a higher int per passing percentage than QB1 in his time on Varsity.  Do I think we have been relying on the run game and Quillen to much, I think we have and need to be more balanced but you have to open the play book up to do that and I haven’t seen it this year or last year either.

      You are so correct!  It’s really 99.9% of academia want to change to way that education is not only taught but the way it is viewed.  The pendulum has definitely swung as far to the left as possible and eventually will swing to the right much too far.  I have always  said that politics and one’s personal religious views need to stay out of education,  but for the last 40 years education has been running full throttle to what we have today.  If the social experiment that we are currently experiencing continues it is only a matter of time before the public school system in the USA completely collapses and all kids attend private schools or even worse don’t go to school.

      I am talking about what they both did for their team. They both carried their team for four years while they were both there. I wasn’t really comparing them that would be unfair. Bishop is on a level of his own.

      Dorian Eskridge had a great Junior year, highlighted by a great game to lead HVA to an upset win at OR that year. I think that was 2010. In 2011 OR won at HVA. OR had a real good QB that year l think. Dorian Eskridge had a great senior year also. He always played hard from the DCM videos l saw.
