Powell will be down because they lose most of their OL and the better backup QB I heard has went to Clinton.

SC could get better with the QB coming back but I think they lose their best linemen and I don't know about their skill guys.

West will for sure represent 5A and East tn. They will also compete with, if not beat Page, if Page makes the championship

Until someone in 5A takes West out you kinda sorta gotta go with them, agreed

In terms of the playoffs:              It's almost certain the eastern side (Regions 1 - 4) will be represented by a school in the Knoxville area.      None of the schools in Tri-cities or Chattanooga

Good list, but I'd add Southwind and Beech to that. Southwind is returning a QB that won Mr. Football as a Soph and Beech is very talented but was young last year

I disagree.   Over the past 10 years here are the teams in the 5A title game: Beech (1) Farragut (1)  * moved to 6A in 2017 Henry County (1) Hillsboro (1) Independence (1) Knox Catholic

Thats for sure, they had a great offensive line, those guys looked like 5 fire hydrants with no spaces between them, May be a big issue for Powell this season, although they will have their QB back.
