balloutcat
Will Tyner or Giles fall in 1st round? Who wins to face Meigs? Answer with facts not with your hopes for cheering on your team
Weswelker
Dont know much about Giles cant really speak on them. But Tyner has had a very up and down season just depends on what version of the Rams makes that long trip, My guess is Giles takes this one. Dadof2
Don’t know anything about Giles they seem to be down this year. Tyner has been up and down this season but have been playing good most of the second half, they are big and fast with a QB that can hurt you with his arm or legs. I say Tyner wins
Pizzpatriot2
This is going to be a tough one to call. Giles plays all year just for the playoffs. They play 4A, 5A and 6A schools and not just pushovers, during the season. However, as others have commented, they do seem to be down this year. It will be interesting to see how they do. Both teams have been tested. Tyner also played all larger schools 4A, 5A and 6A, the only smaller schools they played was a very good Marion team which they won on the road. Tyner has pretty much been playing on the road all season because there filed is under construction, so I don’t think traveling to Giles will be a big factor this year. This should be a real good game.
TigerNation
20 minutes to Ooltewah isn't the same as 3 hours to Pulaski. If they were going an hour away I'd consider taking the Rams but that's a very long trip and a good football team waiting on them when they get there. TNHooligan
Tyner has a healthy balance of big dogs up front and speed on the back end, especially defensively. I will go with the Rams by 7, as all of their games seem to come down to a possession. Region 3 wins three of four this week imo
