Livingston and Upperman both have excellent fields as does Macon County. For the record, Celina will open a brand new field in 2004 at the new Clay County High School. The old field is in pretty bad shape but we are doing the best we can with what we have to work with.

to bad yuins cant fix it this year. it stinks bad. if yuins wanna see a real feild come see ours. oh wait, we beat yuins here last year! coachjwm you is a bad man. i hope you fall down on the grond when them boys steel third. we laughed so hard bout that. you is funy to watch but you beter not use that wild pitcher you told to hit our boys last year. that wuz wrong. and you better not talk to our parents. were gona be ready and were gonna beat yuins again this year.

Greenbrier has made huge improvements to their field. The field has been transformed into a wonderful playing surface. Also new dugouts have been built which are twice as long and wide as the old ones. Bullpens have also been added to both home and away sides and the press box is about to have aluminum siding added along with a new backstop. This field will certainly be one that Bobcat fans and players can be proud of.

powell has nice basebll feild but it was flooded 2 times in one week a couple wees ago nd got in and messed everything up like the chalk we had and everythng but our coach is making us playes get ou and have workdays nd clean it up its gonna be nice

I always hated going to Obion County. Their field faces northwest, and for a late afternoon game, the sun was always right in the first baseman's eyes whenever he tried to field any throw from the left side of the infield. We had a first baseman get his two front teeth knocked out once because he couldn't see the ball. As for the playing surface itself, though, it was pretty nice.

 

Best fields I ever played on in high school: Ripley, USJ, Dyersburg, Milan.

 

Worst fields: Bradford, Greenfield, Fulton Co. KY, Fulton City KY, Hickman Co. KY.

i was in the principals office the other day cause i had done something in class and i saw the plans for our new school. i was bord and had nothin to do so i looked at the plan. the new baseball and football field are gonna be bilt in a flood plain. isnt that a bad thing? i mean if it can flood would you wanna spend money puttin it there?

if you ever get a chance to go check out Webb School of Knoxville's field you should. its a beautiful field with an all grass infield...one of the best kept in the state

Who are you Time2Play? I have seen your posts about me under some of the sophomore's threads and now this one about our field and my dad. I just want to tell you thanks and that i appreciate the good things you have said about me and Dad.

I will let you know in person some day. Your father meant a great deal to me as a player, he was and still is a great coach as well as a great man away from the field. He was there encouraging me through some times that were rough for me when I played for him. They may have seemed minor to most people but they were not minor to me. I have more respect for your father than any coach I ever had or that I have worked with. Good luck this season, I believe you all will do well this year.

Ok time2play. But i just want to tell ya that what u said about dad will mean a great deal to him and means alot to me too. Thanks!! Oh yeah we won 10-7 against livingston tonight.
