What do you think about the freshmen's play so far for the lady Eaglettes. Emily Christian is their leading scorer and so far looks dominating against her competition. As a freshman thats pretty good. Brackin is playing good as well, hitting open shots and handling the ball. Let me know what you think about these up and coming eaglettes.

Tonight against UNC Ashville Emily Christian led the eaglettes with 19 points, 10 rebounds, 3 assists, and 4 steals. Brackin hit 3 out of 4 three point baskets as well. Tech started 5 freshmen and recorded their 700th win in school history. Go Eaglettes.

I think it is awesome that the Freshman Golden Eaglettes are playing as they are. I am presently attending Tennessee Tech and just went on our website and noticed that they just beat UNC Ashville 69-46. That is by starting 5 FRESHMAN'S. That is saying a lot for them. They also became just the 7th Division I program with 700 all-time wins. Here is the scoring for the girls from the Upper Cumberland.

played 18 minutes.

 

Emily Lane (from Jackson Co.)--2 points in 3 minutes.

 

Lindsey Jones (from Crossville)--did not score and played 5

minutes

 

Andrea Brown(from Livingston Academy)--did not score and

played 13 minutes.

Who do the tech girls play next?

They play at the University of Evansville Dec. 21st. Then they are off until they go and play in the Pepperdine University Tournment the Dec. 28-29.
