Wayne Co.'s Myers Gets 1000th

congrats to senior stacy myers from wayne co. (21-2) who recorded her 1000th point last night against santa fe. many people might say so what b/c she is a senior, but stacy only had about 80 points after her first two years of high school. she was converted from a point guard to a post and has recorded over 900 points the last two seasons to date. good job "lorraine" and good luck to the lady cats as tourney time rolls around!

Yes, congrats to Myers and the Lady Cats for their success so far. I know my posts are usually on the boys board for obvious reasons but I'm pulling for the Lady Cats too in their quest for the gold ball this season.

Congratulations, Stacy. Just how many points have come from that left hand. It's great to see not just a great player score, but a GREAT person as well. It's a joy to watch you play. She can score, but don't forget she also passes the ball to others, a total team player.

I think we are also talking about the Valedictorian of the 2003 Senior class. Just an all around great person!! Congratulations Stacy!! I'm proud of your accomplishments on and off the court. Best wishes throughout the rest of the season and in the college hunt.

Where all is Stacy looking at college wise? I know Freed Hardeman is interested.....any others? I have heard she is not only a great player but person too. Congrats Stacy and keep up the good work on and off the court.
