CoachBruce
DIxie Challenge is AAU....thus it is almost assuredly Modified Folkstyle for the Upper level kids. Modified is pretty fun...freestyle without all the goofy extra points. still have to secure your takedowns, still get back points the same, but not as much Riding or stalling out on bottom. mailman87
The tournament is AAU Modified Folkstyle. Basically the cadet and elite wrestle one three minute round. All starts are on your feet no referee position. You get fifteen seconds to turn your man or you start back on your feet. This is only the cadet, elite and open division. Tot thru Schoolboy is folkstyle. Usually around 300 to 350 wrestle in this tournament.
