Hancock hit just four field goals in the first half, that's why I said Harriman could have put the game away by halftime. Once Hancock got things going and made it a great game. I didn't mean any disrespect toward Hancock, but when you hold a team to 8 points with 2:00 left in the first half you should have a big lead, but Harriman didn't and that says a lot about Hancock's defense.

You can also say that Hancock should have put it away in the final quarter when they got ahead by 7, but turnovers cost them like it did Harriman in the second quarter.

Another thing that hurt Hancock is no bench. No subs in the first half and they didn't use any in the second half until #3 got in foul trouble and then a seventh player played when someone fouled out. It's hard to play a team as physical as Harriman without a bench.

Everyone here in Hancock County are proud of the girl's basketball team!! Coach Ramsey has taken the girls farther in playoffs than they have gone in some time!! Congratulations on achieving all you have, girls!! Kim, I know your future will be bright because you are such an outstanding person!!
