Nominated Athletes for May Combine

Of course anyone can go...as for being nominated, I know of at least 2 parents who "nominated" their kids by internet. It is just a way to make 50 dollars off parents who think their kids can play college ball. The only schools there will be DII and DIII schools, maybe a few NAIA. Go participate but don't get too excited.

Sounds to me like some people have some upset feelings! Why in the world would any one on this site try and undermine the positive atmoshere that this exposure can bring our athletes. It is completly absurd to say that no one will be ther or get the results. Just think of the credibility this will add to everyones posted maxex, times and abilities. This is a testing zone that is unbiased and will provide fair results for all involved. As for schools attending I think all will be pleased be the coverage and response. If you don't then don't compete and give your spot to someone that does, because they would probally appreciate it and give a better effort.

they sent out letters to 250 of the best athletes w/in a 300 mile radius of Nashville. From St Louis to North Carolina. It is invitation only, and there will be big time schools there.

Yes Houston is a great wrestler... little too competitive sometimes... but great wrestler.

 

What web site do the kids get nominated at for this combine?

I would think any college NCAA, Division I, II, III or NAIA whatever would be a great chance for a college education and continued learning experience on the field. Not every athlete can be a division I player, that certainly don't mean there not competitors. Some of your greatest coaches learned the game playing sandlot. If you have a true love for the sport what difference does big or small school make? Hope all that would like to continue playing get the chance.

Jamison Link(Gallatin) and RJ Meadows(Beech) are two that I know were invited from Sumner County. I am not sure on the policy on getting in the combine but I know these are two outstanding athletes and they are attending.
