Coaching Vacancies

This sure is a good summer for coaches trying to find a job. A lot of these are great coaching jobs, too. I haven't heard of many of these vacancies being filled yet, either. If anyone knows of any that have been filled or any I left out, please let me know.

does anyone know anything else on the North Side girls basketball program as of right now..I know coach North is going to give it up but who will be taking over and also who is going to coach at the new school in jackson, Liberty.

When did the Carter girls job open up.....

The Liberty girls coachig position is filled. Coach Joe Holloway will be the new head coach. Holloway coached North Side for many years through the late 80s and 90s. THe assistant coach is Audrey Hunt who is the head coach of Jackson Middle School, which I believe is abad selection.

 

The North Side coaching position has been offered to a person who I know, but it can not be revealed right now. If he takes the job tha no one else will be considered. There have 15 applicants for the head coaching position at North Side, but one will be considered unless it is not taken by the guy mentioned above.

:confused: I see you posted the Franklin Co. girls basketball coaching job as being vacant. My daughter plays for FC and we haven't heard a thing. I would hope that the girls would find out, before this was put out to the public. It has been a stressful year for everyone, but I think that this could set the program back more than a couple of years can cure.

;) I am one of the biggest fans of FC, Crabtree, Jean and King. If this is true Franklin County HS and School System is making a huge mistake! Just Like BigNoggin said it would set the program back. Some people may not be happy with the performance but it leaves room for improvement. They went to the regional tournament that has to say something!!!!

Sorry I caused such a fuss-a basketball mom told me that she had been let go-I too think Crabtree is a good coach. I'm removing FC from that list till I find out for sure.
