Alan Knox of Coffee Co. should also be on that list. I saw him run a 4:42 at a tullahoma meet and has pobably toped that by now. I am sure he advanced to regions yesterday.

4:42 advances to Sections? In the Tullahoma area? That probably won't be top 8 in the Sub-Region with Bradley and McMinn and Rhea County.

I don't know what he has run as of late, but he won the Stan-Mcnabb inv. and has beaten all of tullahoma's runners each time out. I am sure that he got at least top 3 in the sub-region.

So he didn't advance to state. That is a good time though. That's a lot quicker than 4:42.
