Congradulations Brent, I know you will do fine over in Tellico. You are right McMinn did loose out on a good coach, but you cant get them if you don't have the teaching positions open! :justwrestle:

Would never have given Monroe County credit for outwitting anybody from McMinn county!

Oh yeah, we are talking about Athens... nevermind. Tellico grads edged out McMinn County grads last year on the ACT by one tenth of a point... at an even 12. had it not been for some of them Englewood transfers, wouldn't been that close!

Would anyone know how to contact the new coach? I would love to speak with him, however, according to the principal there, nothing is official as of this morning.

The new head coach is Glenn Puryear and no he has not backed out! Masingale is just an assistant. He played at mcminn county when Coach Puryear was an assistant coach there. I think they are just waiting for some paper work to be finalized before they make it official! Good Luck Bears!!!!
