CLINTON HIGH SCHOOL'S BAND IS AWESOME HAS BEEN FOR YEARS!!! Its sad but that's why some people go to our football games...

I would have to say the best band performance ive ever seen was from austin east when they played cloudland in the 2000 playoffs.our fans loved it including myself that was a real treat,we dont see anything even close to that around here

Howard and Riverside high school bands circa 1966 to 1970. I'd be in the dressing room listening to mindless Coach _____ (He'll go nameless in respect to the decedant's family) while wishing I was watching easily the two best marching bands in the state. Their drum majors were 10 feet tall without the two foot tall fake bear skin drum major headgear. You could hear the bands cookin' while Coach ______ gave us h___ for not being able to stop kids who outweighed us by 100lbs each, were twice as fast and who averaged 19 years old. Howard and Riverside fans would pack the stands and leave after half time to party on 9th Street (MLK for the politically correct).
