NEW ALLEGATIONS AGAINST UT

In a report in the news on Friday, an attorney from Alabama reportedly said that Phillip Fulmer had set up a 50,000 line of credit at Sun Trust bank out of Nashville for John Henderson during his college career. Coach Fulmer strongly denied it...but if it's true then what's next for the Vols? I sure would hate to see them be on probation and not be able to take part in any bowl games or the SEC Championship in the future. What are your thoughts on this?

This is Old News and has since been shot down. I think there will some talk about it including an attorney about this case on Bill King tomorrow night at 7 pm on 99.7WTN.

The line of credit was set up by former Vol Tim McGee, who became Henderson's agent and set up the line of credit after the bowl game which is when John's eligibilty ran out.

Fulmer will be getting a big settlement from the loudmouth lawyer from Alabama.
