Why do teams like Catholic schedule weak single A schools instead of quality competition. North Greene, please. Catholic will have a wake-up call in the playoffs. This team hasn't played hardly any good quality competition. Catholic may win a playoff game or two, but won't make much noise in what is a weak D-II this year. Really, what's the point of padding your schedule to have a regular season record of 9-1, when you lose to Webb, or 10-0 if you do get lucky. All your coaches are doing is giving your players false hope of going all the way. Furthermore, the players will be over confident when they do finally face a worthy opponent in the playoffs.

Larry, you have no idea what you are talking about. We play some bad teams, but we are not over confident and we aren't under any false assumptions. What about our wins ove BGA, GP, and Father Ryan? And who do you consider a worth opponent? ECS? Harding? Briarcrest?

I have no idea what I'm saying??? You just used Father Ryan (1-8) in your argument for your strength of schedule. Who's the one who's not so bright here. While Webb was playing McCallie, Austin-East, Baylor, Powell, and Bearden, you were playing North Greene (3-5) and Chuckey-Doak (2-7), along with your amazing win over Father Ryan (still 1-8), WOW!! That schedule will really get you ready for Briarcrest!!! By the way, your strength-of-schedule ranks DEAD LAST in your whole Division.
