Information on Unaka

Can anyone give me some information on Unaka HighSchool's team this year for the hall of fame games? P.S (ASAP)

They are pretty much loaded returning everyone back from last year.

What kind of info are you looking for? Only had one senior last year, so the rest have returned except for one with an injury. Should have a pretty good bench.

Unaka has alot of talent this year and they are a smart bunch and I see that aspect helping them as much as anything. Chambers, Lewis, Cline and all the rest are smart players. Is Cody Collins back also. He is a definate asset for Unaka.

Cody is back along with Josh Jones, Rusty Chambers, Derek Cline, Rusty Holtsclaw, Tyler McCann, Reeves, Blevins, Lowe, Greer, Waters and a number of other good sophmores and freshmen.

Unaka has probably the toughest schedule in the entire state. They also have the team to win most of these big games... If I'm not mistaken, they play Greenville and Morristown on Thanksgiving weekend, Two Knoxville teams, at Johnson County tournament, They travel to Temple and McCallie later in the year. Should be an interesting year.

DekeRivers, we play Bearden and Greeneville at Johnson Co. next Friday and Saturday. We play in the Pickett Co. Tournament on Thanksgiving Weekend. Schedualed to play Pickett Co. and Clay Co. there. We also play, as you mentioned, Temple and McCallie. Also, we play Cosby twice, Harriman twice, Knox. Catholic, and Science Hill and Tennessee High in Round Ball in the Hall.

That is a good schedule but saying its the best one in the state is a little bit of a reach. Playing a Metro Nashville or Memphis schedule is a very tough thing.
