tyner has a big o line and some fast backs but i think if lipscomb goes in there with their heads on and play good defense they will win

If I had to pick now i would say that Lipscomb would win off of experience. However, that won't decide the game. So right now... its too close to call.

I think Tyner has the advantage in this one. People have overlooked the Rams all year, but they really have a good football program. Just ask Goodpasture. Most of Tyner's Big Boys go both ways, so if they don't get tired out, I'd say Tyner has a good chance of winning.

I'll give you that tyner has been overlooked. but like you said with there big guys goin both ways they better get plenty of water in them cause this lipscomb defense is explosive and quick. I think the big guys will were down and thats were lipscomb takes advantage with there speed

I am familiar with Lipscomb, and I am predicting a "Barn-Burner" in Chattanooga. Tyner is big, but they go both ways. That will drain you quicker than anything.

After watching Goodpasture give up a 28 - 10 half time lead in a game they totally dominated in the first half, I couldn't do anything but scratch my head and wonder how it happened.

 

IMHO, Tyner made the half-time adjustments they needed to make, to get back in the game. Goodpasture came back with the same game in the second half. When it didn't produce the same results, they stayed with it, and stayed with it . . .

 

The big boys of Tyner's line appeared plenty tired at the end of the first half -- standing around with hands on their hips, dragging back to the huddle, etc. They apparently got all the rest they needed at half time. When they returned to the field they looked fresher. Tyner gained the momentum and never let go. Tyner showed lots of heart. Don't ever count them out. At the end of the game, with the victory in hand, the big boys didn't appear tired at all.

 

Tyner is a good team and they deserve to be playing in the third week of the playoffs. After watching both, Lipscomb is the better football team. They need to jump out to an early lead and then play like they're behind in all 4 quarters.
