if greebrier can win it will bode well for being state champion.

 

our 5 road losses were against quality opponents.

 

1997 lost to melrose - state runner up

1999 lost to milan - state champion

2000 lost to marshall county

2001 lost to austin east - state champion

2002 lost to ridgeway - state champion.

 

this is a big game friday night, with the winning team having a good shot at murfeesboro.

I've uncovered some statistical information that Cavalier fans should be wary of....

 

Playoff Record:

 

Home 11-1

 

Away  1-5 (includes state championship appearance)

 

Our boys have never traveled well in November and have been lucky to play a lot of home games in the Playoffs.

I LOVE these stats.....Coachhard, good food for thought..(even better than hotdogs!)

 

Think about this....Greenbrier was undefeated at home last year, and only lost two (out- of-region games) at home this year, to a very good White House, and David Lipscomb. We also beat Page and Marshall County on the road, whereas I see Crockett had them both at home.

 

Homefield advantage may make the difference.

This should be one of the best games this season in 3A, but can they top two classic Sycamore/Greenbrier games?

 

On a side note: Cav fans, I know of some Sycamore and possibly other region 5 players going to the game, could they stop by the nascar RV?

Probably. My son is a Jr. now and buddies with several players, but doesn't play.

I know of most of the guys that played last year but not sure where they all went to college.

Hey...Not to get off the subject or nothing, but i dont see the fans of the 12-0 Cavs giving anything up to there D-Line or O-Line.......I mean yalls backs are GREAT but show some support to the line....It will be a good game GREENBRIER all the way
